Working early on as a designer, art director, and later as a creative director, business development lead, business owner, and morale booster, I'm leveraging first-hand bumps and bruises to bring you best practices in running the business side of a creative entity.
Shaking the tree of a creative business
There is no shortage of creative genius out there, but Kolbrener Consulting brings you help with the other side of the brain, yeah, that left side. You can shake a tree and out will fall 100 creative geniuses. Still, only 4 or 5 will drop who have the interest, understanding, and willingness to make the financial, operational, and strategic decisions to help turn that creativity into a long-term, viable business.
